The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the creativity of nursing college students who should act as professional nurses in the future. In order to carry out this research, the data collected through structured questionnaires were analyzed for 209 nursing college students who were approved by the IRB of K University. The results of this study showed that the creativity and self-efficacy(r=.374, p<.001), thinking ability(r=.347, p<.001), and school environment perception(r=.246, p<.001) were found to be positively correlated. In addition, the factors influencing the creativity of nursing students were self-efficacy(β=0.249, p=.001), thinking ability(β=0.152, p=.043), school environment perception(β=0.188, p=.005) and the explanatory power of these variables was 21.2%. In the future, it will be necessary to develop educational methods for creativity development of nursing college students.

임상현장에서 예측 불가능한 복합적인 문제를 해결해야 하는 간호사들은 다양한 핵심역량 중에서도 창의 성을 함양하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 추후 전문직 간호사로써 역할을 수행해야하는 간호대학 생의 창의성에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계분석 연구로, 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 D시의 일개 간호대학 209명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 창의성과 자기효능감(r=.374, p<.001), 사고력(r=347, p<.001), 학교환경 인식(r=.246, p<.001)은 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 간호대학생의 창의성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자기효능감(β =0.249, p=.001), 사고력(β=0.152, p=.043), 학교환경인식(β=0.188, p=.005)이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 으며, 이 변수들의 창의력에 대한 설명력은 21.2%로 나타났다. 추후, 간호대학생의 창의성 개발을 위한 교육방법 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
