The purpose of this study is to identify the resilience of the childcare teacher and examine the relationship between the FEATS of ‘Person Picking an Apple from a Tree(PPAT)’ test and to know the usefulness of PPAT for the childcare teacher's resilience. For this purpose, a total of 114 childcare teachers who are working at a daycare center in Seoul were tested for test of the resilience and PPAT. The results of this study are summarized as followed. First, the resilience of the childcare teacher was found to be different depending on whether the mariral status or final education was adopted. Second, the resilience of the childcare teacher is correlation with some portion of 8 categories such as ‘prominence of color’, ‘space’, ‘integration’, ‘realism’, ‘problem solving’, ‘developmental level’, ‘details of objects and environment’, ‘line quality’, ‘person’ among the 14 categories of PPAT FEATS. As a result, we identified the potential of PPAT as an aid to discovering a wealth of information about the resilience of the childcare teachers.

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 회복탄력성을 파악하고 ‘사과나무에서 사과 따는 사람(PPAT : Person Picking an Apple from the Tree)’ 그림검사 형식척도(FEATS)와의 관계를 살펴보아, 보육교사의 회복탄력성에 대하여 PPAT의 활용 가능성을 알아보는 것에 있다. 이를 위하여 서울시 소재 어린이집에서 담임교사로 근무하고 있는 보육교사 114명의 회복탄력성과 PPAT 그림검사를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 보육교사의 회복탄력성은 결혼여부와 최종학력에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 회복탄력성은 PPAT 형식척도 14개 항목 중 ‘채색정도’, ‘공간’, ‘통합성’, ‘사실성’, ‘문제해결력’, ‘발달단계’, ‘세부묘사 및 환경묘사’, ‘선의 질’, ‘사람’의 8가지 항목과 부분적으로 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서, 보육교사의 회복탄력성에 대한 풍부한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 질적 도구로서의 PPAT의 가능성을 확인하였다.
