The objective of this paper is to analyze the farmer’s selling and storing behavior of sweet persimmon in Gyeongnam province. Farmer’s main selling connection of sweet persimmon is the wholesale market by group sale. But, the receiving price of this connection is lower than any other marketing channel. In terms of storage, the expected price of sweet persimmon is one of the main factors for storing. But, the most important factor of monthly selling quantities is the residual amount. It is the great inconsistent behavior between storing and selling. So, it is necessary to diversify selling connection by finding new market outside the wholesale market in order to receive more high prices. And optimizing the total amount of stock and monthly selling quantities by expansion storing period is also important.

이 연구는 경남지역 단감 농가의 판매행위 및 저장행위를 분석하려는 목적으로 수행하였다. 단감 농가는 수취가격이 가장 낮은 도매시장에 계통출하 방법으로 대부분을 판매하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 대규모 농가를 중심으로 수취가격이 높은 대형유통업체, 전자상거래 등의 판매처를 확보하고 있으나 그 판매 비율은 아주 저조하다. 한편 저장을 할 때는 기대가격을 중요하게 고려하는 반면 저장 단감을 판매할 때는 가격보다 잔여 재고량에 더 큰 영향을 받는 모순된 행위를 하고 있다. 따라서 생산자조직이 주체가 되어 도매시장 계통출하의 수취가격 제고, 도매시장 이외의 판매처 개척 및 판매량 증대 등과 같은 방안을 강구하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 단감의 저장기간 확대, 비수기의 수요 창출 등과 병행하여 적정 저장량과 월별 적정 판매량을 효율적으로 결정하는 것이 중요하다.
