The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of music therapists' personal characteristics on job consciousness and job satisfaction and to figure out the inter-relationship and the meaning between job consciousness and job satisfaction. The research problems were as follows. First, to examine theinfluence 5 factors of music therapists' personal characteristics, achivement needs and sense of self-efficacy on job consciousness. Second, to examine theinfluence 5 factors of music therapists' personal characteristics, achivement needs and sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction. Third, to find out the inter-relationship and it's meaning between job consciousness and job satisfaction of music therapists. In order to verify the above hypotheses which set up for this study, total 195 responds survey answers distributes to music therapists working in clinical area were collected and this study used 192 survey answers for examination excluding 3 insincere responds. The data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS 23 program package. All statistic values were tested in the level of significant. The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, 63.4 percent that personal characteristics, achivement needs and sense of self-efficacy were explain to job consciousness(Adj-R²= .634). And among the 5 factors of personal characteristics, agreeableness and openness, achivement needs, sense of self-efficacy were found to have a significant impact on the job consciousness(F= 17.69, p= .000). Second,28.3 percent that personal characteristics, achivement needs and sense of self-efficacy were explain to job satisfaction (Adj-R²= .283). And among the 5 factors of personal characteristics, instability and achivement need were found to have a significant impact on the job satisfaction(F= 10.398, p= .000). Third, almost variables were significantly correlation of job consciousness(recognition of professionalism, devotion to job, continuous service) and job satisfaction(job, supervison, wages, colleagues, change job, institutes), especially change job was all negative significantly correlation of job consciousness and job satisfaction.

이 연구는 음악치료사의 개인적 특성이 직업의식과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 탐구하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구의 대상은 현재 한국음악치료학회 회원으로 임상음악치료전문가 자격증을 소지하고 임상에서 활동하고 있는 음악치료사 192명이고, 연구를 위해 사용된 설문지는 개인적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 big5 성격 척도, 성취 욕구척도, 자기 효능감 척도를, 직업의식을 파악하기 위하여 직업의식 척도를, 직무만족을 파악하기 위하여 직무기술지표(JDI) 척도를 사용하였다. 이 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23을 사용하여 분석하였는데, 각 척도의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach's α계수를 산출하였고, 개인적 특성과 직업의식, 직무만족간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 사용하였으며, 직업의식과 직무만족 간의 상관을 알아보기 위하여 상관관계 분석을 통해 Person 적률상관계수를 산출하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적 특성이 직업의식에 미치는 영향에 대한 분산분석 결과 F= 17.69, p= .000으로 유의하게 나타났고, 수정된 R²(Adj-R²)= .634로 개인적 특성(성격[외향성, 수용성, 성실성, 불안정성, 개방성], 성취욕구, 자기 효능감)이 직업의식을 63.4% 설명하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 직업의식은 수용성 성격요인, 개방성 성격요인, 성취욕구, 자기 효능감이 증가할수록 높아지는 경향을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 개인적 특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 분산분석 결과 F= 10.398, p= .000으로 유의하게 나타났고, 수정된 R²(Adj-R²)= .283으로 개인적 특성(성격[외향성, 수용성, 성실성, 불안정성, 개방성], 성취욕구, 자기 효능감)이 직무만족을 28.3 % 설명하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 직무만족은 불안정성 성격요인이 감소할수록 그리고 성취욕구가 증가할수록 높아지는 경향을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 직업의식과 직무만족간의 상관관계 분석 결과 대부분의 요인들이 높은 상관관계를 보이고 있는데, 직무만족의 하위 요인 중 전직 · 이직의 경우는 모두 부적인 상관관계를 나타내고 있다.
