In the business environment focusing on the competitiveness, innovation, and change, corporate needs to develop the employees’ entrepreneurship. Especially, for creating the new business opportunities, the corporate entrepreneurship needs to be defined and applied. Also, to develop human resource in one organization, the corporate entrepreneurship need to be trained to employees. This study aims to identify the corporate entrepreneurship for organizational sustainable development. For this purpose, the primary data were collected from twelve high performer who is doing innovative job in conglomerates. After the tentative competency model was developed based on the collected data, the model was validated form fourteen professionals who is in academic and practical fields. The final corporate entrepreneurship competency model was composed of eight competencies including effective talent managing, challenging and risk taking, tolerance in performing job, developing and managing networking, return on investment mind, sensitiveness for the business environment, perceiving opportunities, and learning orientation. Based on the study results, the discussion and proposal for future study are provided.

지속적인 변화와 혁신을 통해 경쟁우위를 확보해야 하는 경영환경에서 기업은 구성원의 창업가역량 개발을 필요로 한다. 특히 기업 내에서 새로운 기회를 창출하는데 중요한 사내창업가역량을 규명하고, 이를 활용하는 것은 기업의 새로운 사업기회를 창출하고 인재를 육성하는데 있어서 중요하다고 여겨진다. 본 연구는 기업의 지속가능한 발전을 이루는데 필수적으로 요청되는 사내창업가역량이 무엇인지를 규명하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 기업의 혁신업무를 담당하는 관리자 중 고성과자 12명을 선발하여 자료를 수집하고 잠정적 역량모델을 도출하였다. 도출된 역량모델의 잠정안에 대해 해당 분야 전문가 14명이 검토작업을 실시하였고, 이에 대한 설문조사가 실시되었다. 일련의 과정을 통해 최종 사내창업가역량모델이 도출되었는데, 최종모델에는 인재의 확보와 활용, 도전 및 위험감수, 업무 수행에서의 인내, 네트워크구축 및 관리, 잠재적 투자 및 회수 마인드, 사업 환경에 대한 민감성, 기회인식, 그리고 학습지향 등 총 8개 역량이 포함되었다. 연구결과에 기초하여 선행연구와의 차별점 등이 논의되었으며, 향후 연구를 위한 제언도 제시하였다.
