In overseas countries, they are growing interest in the various fields, such as the Koran design, language, literature, history, politics, economy and international relations. Considering the situation, the purpose of this study is to have Credit Exchange classes through Remote Video Education and seek to improve based on it. This study surveyed students to measure learning satisfaction of video tele-lecturing. First, Difference in learning effect according to the background (Gender, universities, courses). Second, Correlation among the lecture, understanding of Korea, lecture method and learning satisfaction Third, The factors on the effect of learning satisfaction. Fourth, survey and analysis were conducted centered on the recommendation intention of subjects depends on the learning satisfaction. As a result, first, overall satisfaction with the course by the factor of background was high. Second, there was a correlation among lecture in general, understanding of Korea, lecture method and learning satisfaction. Third, the factor of overall lecture has the greatest influences on learning satisfaction. Fourth, as the learning satisfaction increases, intention to recommend a lecture to others also increased. As an analysis on the improvement through the remote video education between local universities and foreign universities, uppermost limit of assessment appeared due to the lack of students in the course, and it is required to promote the subjects. Also, it is required to have the lecture after grasping system, time difference and infra when making interchange through telelecturing with foreign universities. It is expected to be studied feed back between professors and students to exchange future learning.

해외에서는 한국의 디자인, 언어, 문학, 역사, 정치, 경제, 국제관계 등 다양한 분야에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 상황을 고려하여 해외 대학교와 협력하여, 원격 화상 교육을 통한 학점교류 수업을 시행하고, 그에 따른 개선 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 원격 화상 강의의 학습만족도를 측정하기 위해 수강생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 첫째, 배경요인(성별, 대학, 과목)별 학습효과의 차이, 둘째, 강의전반, 한국이해도, 강의방식요인, 학습만족도간의 상관관계, 셋째, 학습만족도에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인, 넷째, 학습만족도에 따른 수강생의 교과목 추천의향 여부를 중심으로 조사․분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 배경요인별 강좌에 대해 전반적인 만족도가 높았다. 둘째, 강의전반, 한국 이해도, 강의방식, 학습만족도간 모두 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강의전반요인이 학습만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습만족도가 증가할수록 다른 사람에게 강의를 추천할 의향이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 국내․외 대학간 원격 화상 교육을 통해 개선 방안을 분석한 결과, 수강 참여인원의 부족으로 인한 평가의 한계점이 나타났으므로 교과목에 대한 홍보가 필요하다. 또한, 해외 대학과의 화상 강의를 통한 교류 시 시스템, 시차 등의 여건 및 인프라를 파악하고 사전 준비 완료 후 강의 진행이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 차후에는 학습 환류를 위한 교수-학생 간 피드백 방안이 연구되어야 할 것으로 보인다.
