This study aims to empirically identify the relationship between the inclination of the achievement goal and self-management as well as self-realization of the secondary school judo players. For this purpose, secondary school judo players who are registered as players of 2016 Korea Judo Association were selected as a population and a total of 261 samples were collected using a convenience sampling method. Apart from the 33 questionnaires lacking in dual reliability, 228 data were used for the final analysis. The analytical process utilized statistical program SPSS 22 as well as AMOS 22 and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis as well as structure equation model analysis were performed according to the purpose of study. Collectively, the results analyzed in this study are as follows : First, the inclination of the achievement goal of secondary school judo players was to have a significant impact on self-control. Second, the inclination of the achievement goal of secondary school judo players was to have a significant effect on self-realization. Third, the secondary school judo players' self-control has shown to have a significant influence on self-realization.

본 연구는 중등학교 유도선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리 및 자아실현의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 목적이 있었다. 이러한 목적을 위해 2016년 대한유도회의 선수로 등록된 중등학교 유도선수를 모집단으로 선정하고 편의표집 방법을 이용하여 총 261명의 표본을 수집하였다. 이중 신뢰성이 부족하다고 판단되는 33부의 설문지를 제외하였으며, 최종 분석에는 228명의 자료를 사용하였다. 분석과정은 통계프로그램인 SPSS 22와 AMOS 22를 활용하였으며, 연구 의 목적에 따라 빈도분석과 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구 에서 분석된 결과를 종합해 보면 첫째, 중등학교 유도선수의 성취목표성향은 자기관리에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중등학교 유도선수의 성취목표성향은 자아실현에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중등 학교 유도선수의 자기관리는 자아실현에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
