This study is used as the analysis data by using the purposive sampling for a total of 285 subjects as sports club participants in Gyeonggi-do in order to clarify the influence of transactional leadership of leaders on the exercise satisfaction and team cohesiveness as perceived by participants of youth sports club and the collected data by using ‘SPSS 20.0’ lead to following. First of all, each cases of the difference of men and women is shown in all factors except the individual and group tasks, and the noticeable difference is shown in the group society, social approval, exceptional management as well as individual and group tasks respect to the difference for each grade, and the noticeable difference is shown in the social approval and environment satisfaction for the exercise experience. Second, the transactional leadership of leader is shown to materially influence on all factors of exercise satisfaction and team cohesiveness. On the other hand, it is also shown to materially influence on partial social approval of the exercise satisfaction.

이 연구는 유･소년 스포츠클럽 참여자들이 지각하는 지도자의 거래적 리더십이 운동만족과 팀응집력에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 경기도내의 스포츠클럽 참여자 총 285명을 대상으로 유목적 표집법(purposive sampling)을 사용하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 각 변인간의 남, 여의 차이는 개 인, 집단과제를 제외한 모든 요인에서 차이가 나타났고, 학년별 차이에서는 개인, 집단과제와 집단사회, 사회승인, 예외 적 관리에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 운동경력은 사회승인과 환경만족에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 운 동경력별 차이에서는 운동만족에서 1년이상 2년이하의 참여집단이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도자의 거래적 리더십은 운동만족과 팀응집력의 모든 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 운동만족의 사회승인에 부 분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
