The purpose of this study was to investigate the basic data of effect of selection attributes of children's swimming pool on parents satisfaction, service loyalty and purchasing behavior. For the purpose of this study, recruited 218 users of children's swimming pool which located in Seoul and Kyeonggi-do was conducted the research. The data processing method of this study performed Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Standard multiple regression analysis by using a sub-program of Window Ver. SPSS 20.0. Results of the analysis are as follows. First, selection attributes of children's swimming pool has a significantly positive effect on parents satisfaction. Second, selection attributes of children's swimming pool has a significantly positive effect on service loyalty. Third, selection attributes of children's swimming pool has a significantly positive effect on purchasing behavior. Fourth, parents satisfaction has a not significantly positive effect on service loyalty. Fifth. parents satisfaction has a significantly positive effect on purchasing behavior.

본 연구는 어린이수영장의 선택속성이 학부모만족, 서비스애호도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기지역에서 어린이수영장에 등록하고 이용하는 참여학생의 부모 218명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하 였으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 어린이수영장 선택속성 중 시설과 물리적환경은 학부모만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 어린이수영장의 선 택속성 중 프로그램, 직원, 비용은 서비스애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 어린이수영장 선택속성 중 프로그램, 직원, 물리적환경은 재이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 어린이수영장 선택속성 중 프로그램, 직원, 시설은 긍 정적구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 어린이수영장 학부모만족은 서비스애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치 지 않았다. 마지막으로 어린이수영장 학부모만족은 재이용의도와 긍정적구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
