This study aims to examine the relationship among the organizational identity, organizational identification and prestige of elementary school sports instructor perceived. The number of the surveyed for this study was 239 who elementary school sports instructor. The data were coded with the use of the statistics program on Windows, IBM SPSS and AMOS Window 18.0. To analyse the data, descriptive analysis, explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model were employed. The findings of this research are as follows. First, elementary school sports instructors' organizational identity behavior affects their organizational identification. Second, elementary school sports instructors' organizational identity behavior has influence on their prestige. Third, elementary school sports instructors' organizational identification affects their prestige. Fourth, there are a casual relationship among elementary school sports instructors' organizational identity behavior, organizational identification and prestige.

이 연구는 초등학교 스포츠강사가 인지하는 조직정체성과 조직동일시 및 인지된 위상의 관계를 실증적으로 구명 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 서울과 경기도에 소재하고 있는 초등학교의 스포츠강사들 239명을 편의표집법으로 표집하였다. 그리고 자료는 컴퓨터에 개별 입력(coding)시키고, Window용 SPSS & AMOS 18.0 Version 통계프로 그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하여 검증하 였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 초등학교 스포츠강사가 인지하는 조직정체 성과 조직동일시의 관계를 살펴본 결과 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학교 스포츠강사가 인지하는 조직정체성과 인지된 위상의 관계를 살펴본 결과 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초등학교 스포츠강사가 인지하는 조직동일시와 인지된 위상의 관계를 살펴본 결과 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 초등학교 스포츠 강사가 인지하는 조직정체성과 조직동일시 및 인지된 위상의 인과관계를 분석한 결과, 조직동일시는 조직정체성과 인 지된 위상 사이에서 매개변인의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
