This study intended to identify various variables necessary to facilitate leisure governance by verifying the relationships between the structure of leisure governance, community spirit, and leisure support infrastructure in the community, and drew the following conclusion. First, networks and mutual cooperation in the governance structure affected the sense of satisfaction and intimacy in the community spirit, but voluntary participation in the governance structure did not affect the sense of satisfaction. Second, networks showed positive effects on the system to promote support in the relationship between the governance structure and leisure support infrastructure. Third, intimacy in the community spirit affected facility expansion and the system to promote support in the leisure support infrastructure, but the sense of satisfaction did not affect the leisure support infrastructure.

이 연구는 지역사회 여가 거버넌스 구조와 공동체의식, 여가지원기반 간의 관계 검증을 통해 여가 거버넌스 활성 화에 필요한 다양한 변수들을 확인하고자 하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 하였다. 첫째, 거버넌스 구조의 네트워크와 상호협력은 공동체의식의 충족감과 친밀감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 자발적 참여는 충족감에 영향을 미치 지 않았다. 둘째, 거버넌스 구조와 여가지원기반간의 관계에서 네트워크가 지원추진체계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공동체의식의 친밀감은 여가지원기반의 시설확충과 지원추진체계에 영향을 주고 있었지만, 충족 감은 여가지원기반에 영향을 미치지 않았다.
