The purpose of this study is to identify the Pteridophytee Flora of Mudeungsan National Park. This study has confirmed 111 taxa in total, including 106 species, 5 varieties and 42 genera, 16 families were recorded domestic indigenous Pteridophyta 334 taxa of 33.2%. Coefficient of pteridophyta was 1.75 that higher than Korea 1.68, Seoraksan 1.13 and Bukhansan 1.65. This study identified 45 species designated as floristic specialized 5 species categorized V class, 11 species categorized IV class, 7 species categorized III class, 8 species categorized II class and I class was categorized 15 taxa. Through this study has been confirmed 25 taxa newly literature pteridophyta in Mudeungsan National Park.

무등산국립공원의 양치식물은 문헌상의 기록과 현장조사를 포함하여 총 16과 42속 106종 5변종으로 총 111분류군으로 정리하였다. 이는 국내 양치식물 334분류군의 33.2%에 해당하는 수치이다. 그리고 4건의 문헌자료를 참조하여 양치식물계수를 산출하면 1.75의 값으로 나타났는데 대한민국 1.68, 설악산 1.13, 북한산 1.65보다 높은 수치로 나타났다. 식물구계학적 특정종은 V급 5분류군, IV급 11분류군, III급 7분류군, II급 8분류군, I급 15분류군 으로 총 45분류군이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 이번 조사에서 무등산국립공원 내에 새롭게 분포가 확인된 종은 25분류군으로 확인됐다.
