This paper studies contents of scriptures and its musical characteristics of Antaekgut (shamanistic rite to appease the household god) among Anjeungut in Wonju and Hoengseong areas of Gyeongmu(經巫) or Anjeungut(安宅굿) which is widely practiced in national level. The following are the results including several similarities and differences. The most important informants of Antaekgyeong of two areas are Son Jin-chun boksul (卜術, kind of shaman) of Wonjo area and Park Yeong-sik boksul of Hoeseong area. The common scriptures of two boksuls are seven scriptures including Bujeonggyeong, Seongjogyong,Jisingyeong, Josanggyeong, Gijunaechulwon, Myeongdanggyeong and Toesonggyeong. The followings are the similarities and differences in musical characteristics of representative boksuls of two areas. In two music of Antaekgyeong, instrumental prelude and interlude are commonly found. Where dokgyeong (sutra-chanting) part, drum is accompanied with soft dynamic to make easy to listen to texts, while instrumental prelude and interlude plays loudly. In terms of musical structure, Menari tori is the main style,while the musical style of Northern gyeong tori is found. Thus, it can be said that Menari tori closer to Northern gyeong tori. Followings are different musical characteristics of Antaekgyeong of two areas. Son Jin-chun's Antaekgyeong of Wonju mostly shows 2 sobak 4 beat Oemachigohang except one jangdan with 2 sobak 3 beat. The tempo of the piece is about = 120~140,medium to relatively fast, and the tempo is deeply related to the text of the scripture. In terms of rhythm-text relationship, syllabic, melismatic and syncopation are found. The register of voice for the chanting is around two octaves. Park Yeong-sik's Antaekgyeong of Hoengseong mostly shows 2 sobak 4 beats Oemachigohang except few jangdans with 2 sobak 7 beats. The tempo of the piece is about =108~120, relatively slow. In terms of rhythm-text relationship, mostly syllabic and melismatic and syncopation is rarely found. The register of voice for the chanting is around two octaves for two chanting, others with less one octave. As a result, music of Antaekguk of Wonju and Hoengseong area shows strong similarities in terms of rhythmic pattern and mode. Even though this study has a limitation being not a complete survey, Wonju and Hoengseong of Southwestern area of Gwangwon province can be interpreted as the same music culture zone.

본고에서는 전국적인 분포를 보이고 있는 경무(經巫), 즉 앉은굿 중에 강원 영서 권에 속하는 원주와횡성 지역의 앉은굿 중 안택굿에 대한 의식 절차에 따른 경문 구성과 대표 경문의 음악적 특징에 대해살펴보았다. 그 결과 경문 구성과 음악적 특징에 있어서 다음과 같은 몇 가지 공통점과 상이점이 확인되었다. 두 지역 안택경의 주 제보자는 원주의 손진춘 복술과 횡성의 박영식 복술이다. 두 지역 복술의 안택절차에 따른 독경 레파토리들 중에서 두 복술이 공통적으로 구송하는 안택경은 부정경, 성조경, 지신경,조상경, 기주네축원, 명당경, 그리고 퇴송경의 일곱 개의 경이다. 다음은 두 지역 대표 복술 안택경의 음악적 특징에 대한 공통점과 상이점이다. 우선 공통점은 다음과같다. 두 지역 안택경 음악은 매 악곡의 처음에 기악으로만 연주되는 전주부분이 있으며, 악곡의 중간중간에 역시 기악으로만 연주되는 독경의 휴지부가 지속적으로 출현한다. 독경을 구송하는 부분에서는가사의 전달을 위해서 북이 작은 음량으로 반주하고, 반면 전주부분과 휴지부에서는 큰 음량으로 연주된다. 음구조는 메나리토리가 악곡 전체에 걸쳐 중심을 이루며, 간혹 북부경토리의 음구조적 특징을 보여 북부경토리에 가까운 메나리토리이다. 다음은 두 지역 안택경의 서로 다른 음악적 특징들이다. 원주의 대표 복술인 손진춘 복술 안택경은 그 장단형에서 2소박4박의 외마치고장을 보이고 있으며,단 한 장단에서 변박인 2소박3박이 등장한다. 악곡의 빠르기는 = 120~140의 보통 빠르기에서 조금 빠르기로 연주하며, 각 경문의 빠르기는 해당 경문의 내용과 관련된다. 리듬에 따른 가사붙임새는 일자일음(一字一音), 일자수음(一字數音), 그리고 신코페이션(Syncopation)형이다. 경문 구송 시 사용되는 음역은 두 옥타브이다. 횡성의 대표 복술인 박영식 복술 안택경은 그 장단형에서 2소박4박이 주를 이루며, 몇 개의 장단에서변형 장단인 2소박7박 형이 가끔 출현한다. 악곡의 빠르기는 =108~120으로 원주 손 복술 보다는 느린템포로 구송하고 있다. 가사붙임새에 따른 리듬형도 원주와는 달리 일자일음형과 일자수음형으로 거의구송되고, 드물게 신코페이션형이 등장한다. 안택경 구송에 사용된 음역은 전체 네 개의 경중에 두 개는원주와 같은 두 옥타브를, 나머지 두 개의 경은 한 옥타브의 좁은 음역이다. 이처럼 원주와 횡성 지역 안택굿 음악은 가장 중요한 음악적 요소인 장단형과 음조직에서 거의 같은특징을 보이고 있다. 물론 전수조사의 한계를 전제로 하지만, 강원 영서 지역 중 서남부권에 해당하는원주와 횡성의 안택경은 동일한 음악문화권역임이 확인되었다.
