In the modern society, interest on mens fashion has been increased. It is not only considered style but also considered fragrance as a method to portray to men. Because of this long period of perfume usage, men give out fragrance through using perfume. In addition, with the development of microcapsule technology, it became possible to apply microcapsule on the fabric itself and remain the fragrance for longer period of time. Therefore, in account to this trend, this study is focused on the investigation related patents dealing with fragrance microcapsule.

현대사회에 접어들면서, 남성들의 패션에 대한 관심이 증가하였다. 이들은 스타일은 물론이고 몸에서 풍기는 향기 역시 본인을 나타내는 수단으로 여긴다. 오랫동안 지속된 향수 문화 때문에 많은 남성들은 향수를 통해 향기를 풍긴다. 또한, 최근 향기나는 마이크로캡슐 기술이 발달하면서 원단 자체에 마이크로캡슐을 도포하여 보다 오랜 시간동안 향기를 풍길 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 트렌드에 맞게, 본 연구에 서는 향기나는 마이크로캡슐을 적용한 특허들을 조사하여 각 특징들을 알아보았다.
