Recently, Gyroscope has been used in various parts such as smartphone application, robot, and electric vehicles. In this study, how to use gyroscope in electrical scooter or unicycle is searched. Make two big category as Segway and electric Unicycle not only in Korea but also USA, EU and another country. Also, the study was categorized into foot placement, control system and design patent. Based on this data, the way how to be developed in this industry has been analyzed.

최근 다양한 산업에서 활용되고 있는 자이로스코프이다. 스마트폰, 로봇, 전동 자동차등 광범위한 산업 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 이 중 자이로스코프를 활용한 전동 스쿠터, 자전거 등의 기술 개발 동향 파악 을 위하여 특허 분석을 통해 알아보았다. 크게 Segway와 Unicycle의 특허를 검색하여 전 세계적으로 등 록된 특허 상황을 검색하였다. 발판, 제어 system, 디자인 특허의 분석을 바탕으로 산업이 어떠한 방향으 로 발전 될 것인지 생각해보았다.
