In this study, the major contents and methods of communication education were examined, and the major contents and methods of the Aulim Communication Program were examined. In this study, the major contents of the communication program are as follows: first, to enhance self - understanding, self - acceptance, self - opening and self - expression ability in communication level; Second, the promotion of open, complementary and cooperative communication styles in terms of communication types; Third, empathy dialogue and nonviolent conversation training in terms of communication style. And the main methodology of communication education was experiential activities such as group counseling and role play. In addition, this study confirms that the Aulim Communication Program appropriately includes the contents and methodology of communication. The purpose of this study is to summarize major education contents and education methods of the Aulim Communication Program, and it is meaningful that they help students to understand the communication program.

본 연구에서는 의사소통 교육의 주요 내용 및 방법에 대해 살펴보고, 이에 근거하여 어울림 의사소통 프로그램의 주요 내용 및 방법을 고찰해 보았다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 의사소통 프로그램의 주요 내용으로 첫째, 의사소통 수준 측면의 자기이해, 자기수용, 자기개방 및 자기표현 능력 증진, 둘째, 의사소통 유형 측면의 개방적, 상보적, 일치적 의사소통 유형의 증진, 셋째, 의사소통 방식 측면의 공감대화, 비폭력대화 훈련 등을 살펴보았다. 그리고 의사소통 교육의 주요 방법론으로는 집단상담, 역할극 등의 체험적 활동에 대해 살펴보았다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 어울림 의사소통 프로그램이 앞서 살펴본 의사소통 교육 내용 및 방법론을 적절히 포함하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 학교 급별, 수준별 어울림 의사소통 프로그램의 주요 교육 내용 및 교육 방법에 대해 정리하여 어울림 의사소통 프로그램에 대한 이해를 도왔다는 데 의의가 있다.
