When a service applicant requests the service using a smart device, safe return service selects the CCTV cameras around the applicant using applicant's location information, then takes a picture automatically to chase the applicant. Simple service request is possible using various smart devices when there is a crime-ridden district on the path to return home. Because the selected CCTV camera takes a picture continuously using applicant's location information to be offered consistently, this service can be very helpful for applicant's safe return. In addition, since the position path and the photographed image of the applicant are observed by the monitor agent in real time, the user can be immediately assisted when a strange situation occurs. The existing safe return service has the disadvantage that the applicant can not be photographed when another user has already used CCTV cameras which are capable of taking a picture of this applicant. A proposed safe return service improves this disadvantage by using concession and sharing of camera.

안심 귀가 서비스는 서비스 신청자가 스마트 기기를 이용하여 서비스를 요청하면, 신청자의 위치 정보를 이용하여 신청자 주위의 CCTV 카메라들을 선택하고 신청자를 자동으로 추적하고 촬영하는 서비스이다. 이 서비스는 귀가하 는 경로에 우범지역이 있는 경우 스마트 기기를 이용하여 간단히 서비스를 요청할 수 있으며 지속적으로 전달된 위 치 정보를 활용하여 주변의 CCTV 카메라가 신청자를 계속 촬영하기 때문에 신청자의 안심 귀가에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다. 또한 신청자의 위치 경로 및 촬영 영상은 모니터 요원에 의하여 실시간으로 관찰되기 때문에 이상한 상황 이 발생하면 즉시 도움을 받을 수 있다. 기존의 안심 귀가 서비스는 촬영이 가능한 CCTV 카메라들을 다른 사용자 가 이미 이용하는 경우 신청자의 촬영이 불가능하다는 단점을 가지고 있었으나, 제안된 안심 귀가 서비스는 카메라 양보 및 공유를 이용하여 이를 개선하였다.
