Rapid changes in Korean society have brought various types of family. It is hard to find traditional 3 generation-family house holds, and the number of 2 generation-family house holds decreases, too. With the increasing rates of divorce and remarriage, such as‘separate-union family’, ‘one parent family’, ‘non-marriage family’, and ‘multi-cultural family’have appeared. But we still tend to regard traditional type of family as normal, so we are not ready to think new types of family in positive. Here I insist that we need to know the background and characteristics of such types of family more than before. And I suggest several statistical materials and explain what materials present. The 10th World Council of Church which was held in Pusan, suggested new mission to the Korean Churches. Through meetings with church-members from all around the world, the Korean Churches realized that the shift from individual-focused faith to faith-oriented recovery of community is asked. The meeting extended the boundary of mission from individual periphery to community. So we take such a change of point of mission as granted. So I tried this paper to apply understanding of changing family system to this mission(for our society) which is set up from the 10th WCC. Jesus Christ does not take family system as blood-centered position. He sees people those who live up to God’s will as family members. His pupils and followers are family members. He suggests that we also can take family system from traditional blood-centered position to various type-entered one. We can have new possibility in which we embrace family-change trends. I believe that if we perform mission for family system from new possibility, we can live up to the purpose of 10th WCC. In this paper, firstly, I briefly explain on the background of appearance’of various types of family. Secondly, I imply that the bible shows us not only blooded-family type but also extended type of family as community. Thirdly, I suggest Incarnational Human centrism, Public Theology and Christian Justice as view points from mission for new types of family. In detail, I briefly explained that “Gospel-Ministry” for Incarnational Human centrism, “Gagyo-Ministry” for Public Theology and “Mentoring of Family-Ministry” are practiced as methods. And I also suggested some brief examples for each method. But at the same time, I admit there are much to be advanced and this study needs to be reinforced and developed afterwards for practical purpose.

한국 사회의 급격한 변화는 가족 유형의 변화도 이끌었다. 오늘날 이미 전통적인 3세대 이상의 가족유형은 찾아보기 어렵고, 부부와 자녀의 2세대로 이루어진 핵가족의 유형도 사라지는 추세이다. 그리고 늘어나는 이혼 및 재혼의 경향과 함께‘따로 또 같이 가족’, ‘한부모 가족’, ‘비혼가족’, ‘다문화가족’등의 새로운 유형이 등장하고 있다. 그러나 우리는 변화하는 현실 속에서 살아가면서도 전통적인 가족 유형이 바람직하다는 생각을 버리기가 어려워서, 새롭게 등장하는 가족 유형을 이해하려는 태도가 부족하다. 그러나 본 연구자는 과거 어느 때 보다 이제 그런 가족의 등장배경과 특성에 대하여 이해하는 태도가 필요하다고 주장한다. 한편 2013년 가을에 부산에서 개최되었던 제10차 세계교회 협의회(World Council of Church, 이하 WCC) 부산총회는 한국교회에게 새로운 시대적 과제를 안겨주었다. 한국교회는 세계교회의 다양한 구성원들과의 대규모적 만남을 통하여 개인의 은사 체험 위주의 신앙생활을 더 큰 공동체의 회복으로 지향할 필요가 있음을 깨닫게 되었다. 따라서 우리 사회에서 늘어나는 새로운 가족 유형에 대한 이해와 그들을 위한 선교적 관점과 그 실천은 세계교회 협의회의 정신을 우리의 시대에 적용시킨다는 의미를 갖는다. 성서에서 예수 그리스도는 혈연중심의 가족관계를 넘어서서, 하나님의 뜻대로 사는 이들을 가족의 범주에 포함시키는 태도를 보였다. 이런 관점에서 예수 그리스도의 가족에 대한 개념은 기존의 혈연중심의 가족이 변화되는 오늘날 현실에서 복음적 관점에서 다양한 가족의 유형을 받아들일 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 제10차 WCC에서 주장한 공동체의 회복을 위한 시대적 사명은 우리에게 예수 그리스도의 관점에 따라서 현대적 가족을 돌볼 수 있는 희망을 주고 있다. 본 연구는 이런 관점에서 다양한 가족의 등장배경과 다양한 가족에 대하여 간략하게 설명하고, 성경은 가족을 보다 넓은 의미의 신앙공동체를 포함하는 경향이 있음을 밝히고, 성육신적 인간중심주의, 공공신학적 관점, 기독교정의의 실현이라는 선교적 관점을 제시하여 보았다. 그리고 성육신적 인간중심주의 관점 실천의 예로써, 일산세광교회나 미와십자가 교회의 “복음전도”, 공공신학적 관점의 실천의 예로써 “가교사역”, 그리고 기독교정의의 관점의 실현의 예로써, “맨토링 가정 사역”을 간단하게 설명하였다. 그러나 앞으로 이 연구는 구체적 실천을 위하여 많이 보완되고 발전되어야 할 필요성이 있다고 생각한다.
