초록

영어

Recently, as a response to the changing university environments, the shift in educational paradigms have lead South Korean universities to provide diverse educational services for students and emphasize the role of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). This study aims to examine whether the perception of learning support programs offered by the Center for Teaching and Learning affects class satisfaction for the research subjects of science and engineering students. To achieve this, data was collected by surveys and a multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the impact of the perception of learning support programs provided by the CTL on class satisfaction. According to research results, it appeared that related factors had a positive effect on class satisfaction. It was found that in the case where the perception of learning support programs was high, class satisfaction would also increase. In particular, the perception of a well equipped learning support program and prior experience in participating in a learning support program had positive effects on class satisfaction for both major and general education classes.
