This study conducts meta-analysis of domestic articles in academic papers, except for articles presented at symposiums from 2000 up to date, in order to find out research performances on correspondence to management areas in the era of FTAs. It focuses on professionalism, industrial fields, research methods and countries by major field of study in business administration on correspondence to business fields in the age of FTAs. The results are as follows: First of all, studies on FTAs by business administration major are insufficient. Secondly, newly glowing industries such as the intellectual property, content, design and robot industries, and specialized services such as the education, financial and tourism industries, actively respond to FTAs, while existing infrastructure industries including the manufacturing, distribution, logistics and construction industries insufficiently respond to FTAs. In addition, studies tend to be biased towards agriculture and fisheries, which makes industrial imbalance of studies on FTA management deepen and interests in non-management fields increase. Thirdly, various analysis methods should be adopted in the future by qualitative research that focuses on exploratory research and quantitative research that is still not enough, and it is expected that quantitative research will be active as data are accumulated. Lastly, regions of research have been biased towards the U.S. and China, so it is necessary to conduct research not only on FTA signatories, but also on countries, likely to conclude FTAs, in the level of business administration in the future. In conclusion, an approach by general management is necessary, and specialized research by management field should be conducted for easy approaches and adoption as there are limitations for FTA-managerial approaches in comprehensive industrial fields and non-business fields.

본 연구는 FTA시대 경영분야의 대응에 관한 연구 성과를 보고자 2000년부터 최근까지의 학술대회 발표논문을 제외한 국내 학술지 논문을 대상으로 메타분석을 통해 분석해 보았다. 연구주제로는 FTA시대에 경영분야의 대응에 관한 경영학 관련 전공분야별로의 전문성, 산업분야, 연구방법, 연구대상국가에 초점을 두었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경영학의 전공영역별로 FTA 연구가 미진한 상태이며 둘째, 기존의 기반산업으로 대표되는 제조, 유통, 물류, 건설 쪽에 대한 경영적 대응이 미흡한 반면 신 성장산업들인 지식재산서비스, 콘텐츠, 디자인, 로봇 그리고 전문서비스인 교육, 금융, 관광산업에 대한 FTA대응이 적극적이라는 것이다. 또한 농수산업에 편중된 연구가 많고 이는 FTA 경영 연구에 대한 산업불균형의 심화와 오히려 비 경영분야에서 관심을 보이고 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 연구방법론에서도 탐색적 연구에 편중된 정성적 연구와 아직은 미진한 정량적 연구를 통해 앞으로 다양한 분석방법이 도입이 되어야 할 것이며 향후 정량적 연구가 데이터 축척을 통해 활성화 될 것으로 기대된다. 마지막으로 지역적 부분에서도 미국, 중국에만 치중되어 있어 FTA체결 국 뿐만이 아니라 향후 체결될 나라들에 대해서도 경영분야에서 앞장서서 연구해야 할 것이다. 종합적으로 볼 때 경영 전반적 차원의 접근이 필요하며 전반적 산업분야에서의 연구와 비 경영분야에서 FTA경영적 접근에 대한 한계가 있기 때문에 쉽게 접근하고 받아들일 수 있도록 먼저 경영분야별로 전문적 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
