In this paper, the researchers explored Shin Dongyeop poet's masterpiece centered on the relationship between Donghak. Published in 1967, the main material of poem is 1894 Donghak Revolution. Historical figures of Suwoon, Haeweol, and Jeon Bongjoon appeared, and historical facts of Donghak revolution constitute the heart of this work. Meanwhile fictional characters such as Hanui and Im Jinah appeared, and they interact with real persons, and reality of the 1960s are juxtaposed with the 1894 Donghak Revolution, occasionally. This effect are shaping through the narrative structure or poetic devices. This study is not only a process but also a result that was expored the related content and Spirit of Donghak, narrative structure of , and writier consciousness revealed throughout the whole work. is based on Donghak Revolution in the sense that contains heroic personality of figures associated Donghak and core of Donghak Spirit. The narrative structure of , through the co-existence of the historical character and real persons, on the basis of the Donghak Revolution, is shaping both contemporary realities and challenges of the future. And, in this work, Shin Dongyeop's consciousness is reflected that reveals the resistance to the ruling class discourse and hope for the future. This communicates with the spirit of Donghak's ideal country that makes great features of reentry and temporal characteristics, could be found.
