Dong-hak’s spirit of 'everything is back to one' is integrally related to the formation of local citizenship, the National citizenship, and Global citizenship. Glocalization in the era of the global citizenship is fair to say that the appearance such as Public-common conviviality with the accomplished by the human awareness to allow themselves to live together to make others feel more happier than previous period. Absoluteness of infinity in place of the human mind, omnipresent in all beings, all beings in nature as equal as heaven. The subjective awareness of the mind through inner spirituality and outer energy revealing. It can be finally all around equals by the spirit such as 'everything is back to one' in Su-wun and 'everything is back to mind' in Hae-wol’s works. Through this recovery of the nature, the people finally realize their original nature to return as conviviality. Mental request that reflects the spirit of the Glocalization age can be come true public-common happiness.

동학의 다시개벽은 글로컬리제이션의 시대를 예견한다. 후천의 인간이 자각함으로써 ‘한울님 모심’의 공공상생(公共相生)이 가능해졌다. 동귀일체의 소식은 한울님의 말씀이 수운에게 전달되어 세상에 널리 알림을 말한다. 이 소식은 해월에게 ‘동귀일심’(同歸一心)으로 드러나고 의암 손병희에게 ‘동귀일리’(同歸一理)로 나타난다. 특히 의암은 믿음의 공공이치로서 생명사이의 ‘동귀일리(同歸一理)’를 강조하였다. 동학은 본원적으로 ‘한울님 모시어 함께 삶’을 깨닫고, 후천의 ‘시천주’를 ‘수심정기’로 회복하는 공공상생의 관점을 제시한다. ‘한울님 모시어 함께 삶’을 통하여 신령(神靈)한 한울님의 공심(公心)을 이어주고, 기화(氣化)로써 많은 사심(私心)을 함께 매개함으로써, 각지불이(各知不移)의 주체로 다시 돌아와 ‘공공상생 살림살이’ 궤적을 그린다. 이처럼 ‘만유의 균형과 조화의 생명살림’은 생명의 본질이다. 상극으로 말미암은 다툼과 죽임을 치유하여, 상생차원의 생명본질 회복과 화해로써, 동학은 ‘한’의 실천을 오늘에 되살리고 있다. 오늘날의 글로컬리제이션의 시대를 맞이하여, 우리는 ‘어우러짐과 더불어 사는 공공행복’의 본원적 생명가치를 이웃세계로 펼침으로써 세계시민성의 공공실천이 가능해진다.
