The purpose of this study was to derive the early low-rise apartment housings from the type of housing in Busan area after the independence. It is meaningful to derive the characteristics of community living space and to provide basic data for micro-historical researches on the regional housing of Busan. By analysing the changes of plans from 1969 to 1977 divided into 3 terms (69~70, 71~74, 75~78), unlike in the Seoul, the process that the plans was diversified and expanded features such as omitted have been derived. As results, in the case of Busan, 11 kinds of plan type with under 15 pyeong were suggested in 1970, and the types were constructed actively. At the front Ondolbang was configured in the kitchen, the whole plan basis of Hanja farm form type, and the major living space planned was a minimum type that was reduced and compressed in the modern situation. On the other hand, from 1970, the plan scale was expanded and the 1~5lk type is from 19 pyeong to 51 pyeong in size. The front composition of the space was expanded into 3 rooms and was influenced by the development suggestion of the plan types. In the public space, there was a period of diversification within a limited range, such as the appearance of a separable planar type of LDK type in 1971. as the Busan was promoting temporary policy, it can be seen that it has fundamental limitations on securing diversity of plans and quality level.

본 연구는 부산지역의 주택 유형 중에서 광복 이후 나타난 초기의 저층 공동주택을 대상으로 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 문헌 자료를 통해 부산지역의 공영 공동주택 도입 배경과 특성과 함께 주요 재료, 구조, 공급방식 등의 특성을 살펴보고, 둘째, 지역 일간지 분양 광고에 나타난 공동주택 평면을 대상으로 당시 전체적인 공동주택의 면적, 공급연도, 주호의 전면 칸수와 구성 및 공적 공간 구성 등의 관계와의 상호 특성을 비교해 건축 계획적 경향을 도출해 보고자 한다. 셋째, 동시대의 타 지역의 공동주택과 비교해 부산 지역 공동주택과의 시차적 특성을 비교해 보고자 한다. 연구 결과 1969년 이후 공영 공동주택의 평면형을 3가지 시기별 단계로 구분해서 다음과 같은 내용으로 종합하였다.
