The purpose of this study was to propose the HER(Homo Eruditio Reformatting) as the new paradigm of the field of Human Resources development to lead the post-modern Knowledge-based society. A person who lead the post-modern society should be the knowledgian as homo eruditio, not the educated men. The knowledgians as homo eruditio meant to actualize the instinct of erudite by themselves through the lifelong, at the same time,,to solve problems in their lives and working fields and to demonstrate the creativities. However, it was impossible to cultivate the knowledginas in the current educational system. To cultivate the future-oriented knowledgians, we need the new strategy for Human Resources Development field. In this study, the researcher produced to HER(Homo Eruditio Reformatting). In addition, it was referred to make useful HER we need the science of erudition as new paradigm for education.

본 연구의 목적은 포스트모던의 지식기반사회를 이끌어 갈 인력자원개발의 새로운 패러다임 으로서 지력인력개조를 제시하기 위함에 있다. 포스 트모던의 지식기반사회를 이끌 인재는 단순히 교육받은 인간이 아닌 지력 인이어야 한다. 지력인이란 전생애를 통해 스스로의 배움본능을 실현시킴 과 동시에, 이를 근거로 삶과 일의 현장에서 일어나는 문제의 해결과 새 로운 것을 만들어내는 창의성을 발휘하는 인간을 의미한다. 그러나 현재 와 같은 교육의 시스템으로는 지력인을 양성할 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 미래지향적인 지력인을 양성하기 위해서는 새로운 인력자원개발의 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 그 전략으로서 지력인력개조론(HER, Homo Eruditio Reformatting)을 제시했다. 또한 지력인력개조를 위해서는 새로 운 교육의 패러다임으로서 배움학이 필요함도 언급했다.
