This study is to find out the way of healing by reveals origin‘ depravedness’ of that is vilest nature of human. Research materials were developed by The CBT‘ s approach to the’Yonsan’s ‘depravedness’the main character that was dethroned by retainers and compared with the depravedness for our society 20 years recently and searched a common. The effects of this study were as the followings: 1.the origine of‘ anger’and‘ fear that provoke‘ Yonsan’s‘ depravedness’is his own mother Pyebiyun’s death. therefore Investigator decides that the origin of ’Yonsan’s ‘depravedness’is distorted cognition about ‘The existential death’at this point. 2.There is common called‘ Fear of existence’that‘ anger and fear’protocol gives between two‘ depravedness’with interval between 510 years. 3.The Social base of receptive culture circulation for prevention should be formed‘ depravedness’than society of culture circulation the punishment who is imposed after the event to heighten effect of psychical cure the treatment fixing a term existence is much needed.

본 연구는 인간의 가장 추악한 본성인 패륜의 근원을 밝혀내므로 진단과 치료 의 길을 열어 고령화 사회로 진입한 우리 사회의 패륜을 예방하는 길을 탐색하기 위한 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 조선조 역대 왕 중 패륜이 바탕이 된 폭정으로 인해 신하들에게 폐위당한 연산군을 모델로 인지행동치유(CBT)적으로 접근하여 그 근원을 밝혀내고 현대 우리 사회 20여 년간의 패륜과 비교하여 공통점을 찾아 냈다. 연구에 따른 결론을 보면, 1. 연산군의 패륜을 촉발시킨 분노와 두려움의 정서 근원은 생모 폐비윤씨의 죽음이다. 이 점에서 연구자는 연산군의 문제의 근원을 실존적 죽음에 대한 왜곡 된 인지로 단정한다. 2. 510여 년간의 간격이 있는 두 패륜사이에는 분노와 두려움의 정서가 주는 존재의 불안감이라는 공통점이 있다. 3.‘ 패륜’을 치료 위한 실존적 심리치료의 효과를 높이기 위해 사건 후 가해지 는 형벌 적 문화유통의 사회보다는 예방을 위한 수용적 문화유통의 사회적 기반 이 형성되어야 한다. 연산군은 유교윤리기반사회가 현대는 형벌위주의 사회가패 륜에 대한 책임을 공유하여야 한다는 생각이다.
