The aim of this article is an attempt to discuss what is the method of the investigation on the concept of the justice in the humanistic corrections. This discussion is as follows. At first, it will be focused on the humanities and its crisis, and the prospective on the strategy to overcome it. In this essay, based on those justification the restoration of the whole concept of logos will be pursued and how the concept of restorative justice to relate with that as the a pole of the concepts of ratio and oratio will be examined. Secondly, it will be tried to understand what is the philosophical perspective within exploring humanistic corrections. And it will be searched the concept of the restorative justice as an object exploring humanistic corrections. Based upon this premise, it will be suggested and analized the method how to deal with it and the concret model of it within the restorative justice. Furthermore, it will be suggested the subjects of argument in following studies.

본 논문에서 다루는 주제는‘인문교정 안에서 정의의 개념을 어떻게 탐구해야 하는가’에 대한 논의이다. 그 논의는 다음과 같은 과정을 통해 전개된다. 첫째는 교정학 탐구의 철학적 기초에 대한 물음을 염두에 두고 인문학과 인문학의 위기, 그리고 그 극복의 전망을 살펴본다. 그러한 논의는 무엇보다 먼저 교정학 탐구 안에서의 라치오와 오라치오의 개념을 통해 인문학적 배경이 무엇인가를 살펴보 는 것으로부터 시작한다. 둘째는 인문교정 탐구 안에서 철학적 관점이 무엇인가 에 대한 구체적인 이해를 시도한다. 이러한 시도는 철학과 교정학과의 접합점을 찾아보는 과정을 통해 수행된다. 그리고 인문교정의 탐구 대상으로 세워질 회복 적 정의 대한 개념적인 이해를 도모한다. 이러한 전제를 바탕으로 회복적 정의에 한정하여 그것을 다루는 방법과 그 구체적 연구 모델을 제시하고 분석한다. 또한 그러한 결과를 전제로 후속 연구들의 논제를 제시한다.
