This study is to find out unreasonable belief and probe the process of healing when you try to practice social justice in contorted social viewpoint. Research materials were developed by diagnosing his unreasonable belief and working by qualitative method with the main character, Raseukkolrinikopeu's word and deed of Doseudoyepseuki's Prestupleniye I nakazaniye. This study examined and tried heal with REBT psychotherapy probing Raseukkolrinikopeu's words and behaviors. And it also investigated John RAWLS’ theory of Justice. The effects of this study were as the followings: First, the reciprocity between REBT and the existential psychotherapy was found. Second, the reciprocity between REBT and the existential psychotherapy is effective to cure unreasonable belief, but devoted love must be the core power of this relation. Third, the social structure with love is much needed.

이 논문은 왜곡된 사회적 관점 속에 사회정의를 실천하려 할 때 그 속에 잠 재되어 있는 비합리적 신념을 발견하고 그 치유과정을 탐색하기 위한 연구이 다. 이를 위하여 도스도옙스키의 작품인 죄와 벌의 주인공인 라스꼴리니코프 를 모델로 하여 그의 비합리적인 신념을 진단하였다. 즉, 라스꼴리니코프의 언 행을 탐색하여 라스꼴리니코프의 비합리적 신념을 규명하였고 이를 REBT로 접근하여 치유를 시도하였다. 존 롤즈의 정의론 등을 고찰하여 일반적 정의관 을 규명하는 한편 죄와 벌 1,2(도스도옙스키,이철 옮김, (주)신원문화사, 2006.) 에 나타난 라스꼴리니코프의 비합리적 신념을 파악하면서 라스꼴리니코프의 비합리적 신념을 REBT상담으로 접근하고 치료하는 과정에서 인지행동치유와 실존적 심리치료의 상호성을 발견하게 되었다. 연구의 결론으로는 첫째. 라스 꼴리니코프의 비합리적인 신념의 뿌리는 실존적 소외이다. 둘째. 라스꼴리니코 프의 정의관과 일반적 정의관의 차이점은 사회적 관계의 대타적인 경멸감 대 대타적인 덕이다. 셋째. 비합리적인 신념을 치유하기 위해서는 REBT와 실존 적 심리치료의 상호성이 효과적이고, 자기희생적인 사랑이 동력이 되어야 하 며 이러한 사랑의 교류가 자연스럽게 이루어지는 사회구조를 이루는 일이 시급 하다는 것이다.
