This study identifies the relationship of the flow and the intention of reuse in using personal community service and examines how the flow realized factors from using the personal community service affects the intention of reuse in user group. For this study, we make a research model based on the preceded papers about flow and technology acceptance model and analysis collected date from personal community service user. In the research model, we adopt the social needs and the ability of user interface to proceding variables and do the intention of reuse personal community service to consequence variable effecting on flow. The research model has been empirically examined using responses from 205 users of the personal community service. The results of the data analysis generally support the research model adopting all hypotheses among the proposed hypotheses. We found significant influence of the social needs and the ability of user interface on flow in group using personal community service. In particular, the heightening of degree of flow lead to the increase of intention of reuse in personal community service.

본 연구의 목적은 개인형 커뮤니티 서비스 사용자들이 지각하는 플로우에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검토하여 영향요인과 플로우, 플로우와 재사용 의도와의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 기반으로 하여 플로우와 개인형 커뮤니티 서비스 재사용 의도의 관계를 설명할 수 있는 연구모형을 제시하고, 개인형 커뮤니티 서비스 사용자들을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 모형에 대한 실증적 검증을 실시하였다. 연구모형에서는 플로우에 영향을 미치는 선행 변수로 사회적 욕구와 사용자 인터페이스 활용 능력을 채택하고, 개인형 커뮤니티 사이트의 재사용 의도를 결과 변수로 설정하였다. 모형 검증을 위해 개인형 커뮤니티 사이트를 이용하고 있거나, 이용 경험이 있는 사용자들을 대상으로 수집된 205부의 설문을 가지고 통계분석을 실시하였다. 모형 검증 결과는 사용자의 사회적 욕구가 높고, 이를 실현하기 위한 사이트 인터페이스가 적절하며 사용자가 이를 활용할 수 있는 능력이 충분하다면 사용자는 커뮤니티 서비스의 사용을 통하여 높은 수준의 플로우를 경험하게 되며, 지각된 플로우는 서비스의 재사용 의도를 제고시킨다는 가설이 검증되었다. 다만 모형 적합도 검증에서 사회적 욕구에서 재사용 의도로 연결되는 새로운 경로가 발견되어 이를 추가하였다.
