The purpose of this study is to examine how Donghak founded by Choi Jewoo(崔濟愚, 1824-1864) influenced on the formation of Jeungsankyo(甑山敎) from the perspective of Donghak. For this, centered on contents regarding Donghak shown in the first edition of Daesoonjeonkyung that is the classics of Jeungsankyo, researcher is trying to figure out how Donghak is appeared in Jeungsankyo. Thus, in this study, discussion was based on the following contents. First, we want to discuss that the birthplace and growth background of Kang Ilsoon(姜一淳, 1871-1909) are closely related to Donghak, and we want to reveal that his disciples are mostly related to Donghak. The growing environment of a person has a profound effect on the person. To Kang ilsoon, his birthplace and growth area were the pivotal areas of Donghak Peasant Revolution, so among his disciples there are many characters related to Donghak. Second, we will analyze Donghak lyrics in the first edition of Daesoonjeonkyung and consider the relevancy between Kang Ilsoon and Donghak through his words and actions. In the first edition of Daesoonjeonkyung , many contents of Yongdamyusa are mentioned in Donghak lyrics. This can also be seen directly in Kang Ilsoon's words and actions. This tells us that Jeungsankyo was highly influenced by Donghak and that Kang Ilsoon was well acquainted with Donghak. We think that looking Donghak through external classics such as the first edition of Daesoonjeonkyung would help to understand Donghak better than looking through its internal classics such as Dongkyeongdaejeon and Yongdamyusa.

본 연구의 목적은 최제우(崔濟愚, 1824-1864)에 의해 창도된 동학(東學)이 강일순(姜一淳, 1871-1909)의 증산교(甑山敎) 형성에 어떤 영향을 주었는지를 동학의 관점에서 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 증산교의 경서인『 대순전경』초판에 나타나는 동학 관련 내용들을 중심으로, 증산교에 동학이 어떤 모습으로 나타나 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 내용을 바탕으로 논의를 전개하였다. 첫째, 강일순의 출생지와 성장 배경이 동학과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 논하고, 강일순의 제자들이 주로 동학과 관련한 인물임을 밝히고자 한다. 한 인간의 성장기 환경은 그 사람에게 지대한 영향을 미친다. 강일순의 출생지와 성장지는 동학농민운동의 중추적인 지역이었다. 그래서 그의 제자들 중에는 동학과 관련한 인물들이 매우 많다. 둘째,『 대순전경』초판에 기술된 동학가사를 분석하고, 강일순의 언행을 통하여 강일순과 동학의 관련성을 고찰하고자 한다.『 대순전경』초판에는 동학가사라 하여『 용담유사』의 많은 내용들이 언급되고 있다. 이것은 강일순의 언행에 직접적으로 나타나기도 한다. 이는 증산교가 동학에 영향을 많이 받았으며, 강일순이 동학을 잘 알고 있다는 것을 말해준다. 『 동경대전』,『 용담유사』등의 자체 내부적인 경서를 통해 동학을 바라보는 것보다,『 대순전경』초판 등과 같이 외부 경서를 통해 동학을 바라보는 것도 동학을 더 이해할 수 있는 데 도움이 될 수 있다고 생각한다.
