This research aimed at The purpose of the study is to give information to gymnastics and coaches for improving athletic performance and about the possibility of medals on uneven bars in Olympics and World Championships. The uneven bars event qualifying round in 2013 Artistic World Gymnastics Championships(WC) in Belgium was played with 5 women's gymnasts. And the Korea national Gymnastics Championships(KC) in 2013 were played with 5 women's gymnasts. Comparative analysis of the difficulty factors of WC player and KC players Results B and D difficulty appeared not to pay attention and C difficulty and E, F difficulty became significant. In particular, the WC players with D difficulty had an average of 5.40 ± 0.54, and the KC players represented an average of 4.60 ± 1.14 and found to carry out a lot of techniques of both D difficulties in both groups. However, WC players performed various elements of D difficulty, while KC players acted with limited skills, while WC players had average E and F difficulties of 2.20 ± 0.83, whereas KC The players were low at 0.8 ± 0.83, and the difference was revealed with the technical difficulties of high difficulty. This study shows that Korean women's gymnasts should try their best to reduce mistakes in performance and they need to technical strategy and coaching to improve performances in uneven bars.

이 연구 목표는 여자 기계체조 종목 중 이단평행봉의 경기력 향상에 필요한 연기내용 정보를 선수와 지도자들에 게 제공하는데 있다. 이에 2013년 여자 기계체조 세계선수권대회(WC)에 출전한 체조선수 5명과 전국체육대회(KC) 에 출전한 체조선수 5명을 대상으로 이단평행봉 결승전 연기내용을 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 B난도와 D난도는 서로 유 의하지 않는 것으로 나타났고, C난도와 E, F난도는 비교분석한 결과 서로 유의하게 나타났다. D난도에서 KC는 총 23 개를 실시하여 평균 4.60±1.14로 나타났고, WC 선수들은 총 27개를 실시하여 평균 5.40±0.54로 나타났다. 그러나 KC는 기술요소가 8가지인데 비해 WC는 12가지로 다양한 기술을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 KC 선수들은 WC 선수들 보다 C난도 동작을 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났으며, E난도에서 KC는 평균 0.8±0.83인데 비해 WC는 평균 2.20±0.83으로 나타나 결과적으로 고난도 기술력은 KC보다 WC가 높게 나타났다.
