The purpose of this study was to deduct a priority of professional soccer stadium space marketing factors. Through this, it proposes as a basis for efficient space marketing strategy of professional soccer stadium of professional soccer teams. This study used Delphi Technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). This study formed 15 expert panels, and the answered 3rd round surveys including 2 Delphi surveys for refining items and 1 survey for calculating priority vector. This study received data from 15 panels from February 22nd to April 21st. Asa result of first survey, 45 vectors are selected. Through second survey, indices has been developed, including 38 items. According to the survey results, ‘sensual elements’ was the first priority criterion, and among sub-criterion ‘sight’ was the first priority in ‘sensual elements’, differentiated exterior’ was the first priority in ‘spatial elements’, ‘stadium story’ was the first priority in ‘storytelling’. Lastly, ‘fun’ had the best relative importance among 38 items.

이 연구의 목적은 프로축구 경기장의 공간마케팅 요인을 계층적으로 분류하여 우선순위를 도출하고자 한다. 이 를 통해 프로축구구단이 프로축구 경기장의 효율적인 공간마케팅 전략 수립을 위한 기초자료로 제시하고자 함에 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 델파이 기법과 AHP를 활용 하였다, 델파이 패널 15명을 선정하여 2차례에 걸친 델파이와 1차에 걸친 AHP 설문을 (2016. 02. 22~ 2016. 04. 21)까지 실시하였다. 1차 조사를 통해 초기항목은 45개로 정제되 었으며, 2차 조사에 따라 38개 항목을 포함한 지표가 개발 되었다. 또한 이들 항목 간 우선순위를 선정하기 위해 AHP릍 통한 3차 조사를 실시한 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 상위 개념 가운데는 ‘감각적 요소’가 가장 중요한 것으로 나 타났고, 하위 개념 중 ‘감각적 요소’에서는 시각’, ‘공간적 요소’에서는 ‘시설’, ‘차별화 된 외관’에서는 ‘외부 시설’, 이야기 만들기’에서는 ‘경기장 스토리가’ 상대적 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 세부 항목에서는 ‘재미’가 상대적 중요도가 가장 높게 평가 되었다.
