This study was conducted to investigate and reveal the relationship among viewing environment, immersion, and viewing satisfaction according to volleyball spectators' characteristics. For the research subjects, the data of total 227 spectators were analyzed after selecting the persons who experienced watching the 2015-2016 NH Nonghyup Professional Volleyball V League as the population. For the statistical analyses, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and the multiple regression analysis were conducted by using SPSS Win Version 17.0. And the analytical results are as follow: the accessibility and amenity, the sub factors of viewing environment, have found to have a positive (+) effect on athletic facilities, game situations, and viewing promotion and attractiveness has done to have a positive (+) effect on game situations only. The athletic facilities and game situations, the sub factors of spectators' characteristics, have found to have a positive (+) effect on immersion and satisfaction. However viewing promotion has not found to have an effect on them. And immersion has found to have a positive (+) effect on satisfaction.

본 연구는 프로배구 관중성향에 따른 관람환경, 몰입, 관람만족의 관계를 규명하기 위해 연구를 진행하였으며, 조사대상은 2015-2016년 NH 농협 프로배구 V리그 경기장 관람 유경험자를 모집단으로 선정한 후 총 227명의 자료 를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS Win Version 17.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 관람환경의 하위요인인 접근성, 쾌적성은 경기시설과, 경기상황, 관람촉진에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 매력성은 경기상황만 정(+)적인 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관중성향의 하위요인인 경기기설과 경기상황은 몰입과 만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤 으나 관람촉진은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 몰입은 만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
