The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of emotional leadership on leader trust and leader-member exchange in taekwondo coach. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among emotional leadership, leader trust and leader-member exchange on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 187 participants were sampled from the taekwondo team in Gyeonggido, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Jeonnam and Jeonbuk region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, emotional leadership of taekwondo coach had positive influence on leader trust. Second, emotional leadership of taekwondo coach had positive influence on leader-member exchange. Third, leader trust had positive influence on leader-member exchange.

이 연구는 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십이 지도자신뢰와 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)에 어떠한 영향을 미치 는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있으며, 연구의 대상은 경기도와 충청도, 전라도에 위치한 대학팀 소속 태권도선수를 대상으 로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 187명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구결과 및 논의를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫 째, 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십은 성실성과 능력 등 지도자신뢰에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 감성적 리더십은 정서적유대/충성심, 공헌, 전문성존중 등 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자신뢰는 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)에 유의한 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
