This study aimed at defining how service scape of a golf course affects customer felling respond and leisure satisfaction. For this, 308 data were collected and it was conducted analysis of frequency, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 Version. We had the results as follows: First, all sub factors of service scape of a golf course had an effect on positive felling of customer felling responds sub factors, conditioned environment and ease on negative felling of customer felling responds sub factors. Second, conditioned environment and ease had an effect on all sub factors of leisure satisfaction, accessibility on environmental, physical and educational satisfaction of the leisure satisfaction sub factors and aesthetic impression on social satisfaction of the leisure satisfaction sub factors. Finally, positive felling of customer responds of golf course users had an effect on all sub factors of leisure satisfactory, negative felling on rested satisfaction.

본 연구는 골프연습장 서비스스케이프가 고객감정반응 및 여가만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 있 다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 수집된 308부의 자료를 SPSS 18.0Version 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인 분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 골프연습장 서비스스케 이프 모든 하위요인은 고객감정반응 하위요인인 긍정적 감정에, 공조환경, 편의성은 고객감정반응 하위요인 부정적 감 정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프연습장 서비스스케이프가 요인 중 공조환경, 편의성은 여가만족 모든 하위요인에서, 접근성은 여가만족 하위요인 환경적, 신체적, 교육적 만족에서, 심미성은 여가만족 하위요인인 사회적 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 타나났다. 마지막으로 골프연습장 이용객들의 고객감정반응 중 긍정적 감정은 여가만족 모든 하위요인에서, 부정적 감정은 여가만족 하위요인 휴식적 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
