This study was investigating the effect of intrinsic and extrinsic feedback in male university student's intrinsic motivation and motor learning. The subject were 27 right-handed male attending G university students who weren't experienced of golf putting. They were 9 students in intrinsic feedback, 9 in extrinsic feedback and 9 were in both feedback. The result of the study is as follows. During acquisition, the group of intrinsic and extrinsic feedback were significantly superior than the other groups. At the transfer stage, the group with both feedback and group with intrinsic feedback had no difference but those groups were significantly superior than the group with extrinsic feedback. This study showed how the feedback effects on the intrinsic intension. For the effort factor, the group with intrinsic feedback and the groups with both feedback were significantly high scored in post test than pilot test. For the interest factor, the group with intrinsic feedback was significantly high scored in post test than pilot test. For the competence, all groups had no difference in post and pilot test.

본 연구는 내재적과 외재적 피드백이 남자대학생의 내적동기와 운동학습에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 연습단계에서는 내재적과 외재적 피드백을 동시에 제공한 집단의 연습효과가 의미 있게 우수하였으며, 내재적 피드 백 집단과 외재적 피드백 집단 간의 연습효과는 유의한 차가 없었다. 전이단계에서는 내재적과 외재적 피드백을 동시에 제공한 집단, 내재적 피드백 집단 간에는 유의한 차가 없으면서 외재적 피드백 집단보다 운동학습효과가 의미 있게 우수하였다. 피드 백이 내적동기에 미치는 영향의 경우 노력은 내재적 피드백 집단, 내재적과 외재적 피드백을 동시에 제공한 집단은 사전보다는 사후검사 점수가 유의하게 높았으며, 흥미는 내재적 피드백 집단에서만 사전보다 사후검사 점수가 의미 있게 높았다. 그리고 유능성은 모든 실험집단에서 사전과 사후검사 점수 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차가 없었다.
