The study examined differences in the curriculum implementation of teachers by using the Concept of Habitus as suggested by Bourdieu through case study targeting eight elementary school teachers. We were able to obtain the following result: First, Habitus in school showed a significant influence on economy due to the difference in parents or family background. Second, cultural capital is often discussed between teachers seem to have a limitation in areas and types, there is a difference in the cultural capital reserve among teachers. Third, there is a significant difference in the implementation of education curriculums in accordance with Habitus. As the research has its limitation in the general and qualitative research process, it is a matter of common knowledge that factors affecting the implementation method of generalization and teaching curriculums are overly generalized. The study, however, is meaningful in that it showed accessibility to a new level, which demonstrates how teachers should behave to achieve better performance in education curriculums in schools.

본 연구는 Bourdieu가 제안하고 있는 아비투스의 개념을 활용하여 교사들의 교육과정 실행 방식이 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 초등학교 교사 8명을 대상으로 사례 연구를 통해 살펴 본 것이다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 학교에서 아비투스는 주로 부모나 가정환경에서의 차이에서 오는 영향으로 인해 주로 경제적 영향을 많이 받는 모습을 보였다. 둘째, 교사들마다 문화자본을 이야기하고 있는 것을 보면 그 영역과 종류가 다소 한정된 부분이 있지만, 교사들 사이에서의 문화자본 보유의 차이는 존재했다. 셋째, 아비투스에 따른 교육과정 실행 방식의 차이는 의미 있는 차이를 보이고 있었다. 본 연구가 일반적인 질적 연구과정의 한계성을 가지고 있기에 일반화와 교육과정 실행 방식에 영향을 끼치는 요인을 너무 단순화시킨 제한점이 존재하는 것은 사실이다. 하지만 본 연구는 학교 안에서 교육과정 실행이 보다 나은 성과로 이어지기 위해서 교사가 어떻게 행동해야 하는 지를 보다 새로운 차원에서의 접근 가능성을 보여 줄 수 있는 것에 의의를 둘 수 있을 것이다.
