This study set out to examine the mediating effect of Right to Participate on the relationship between Children's Perceived Parenting Attitudes and Children's Competence. For this, the study conducted a survey ,targeting totally 204 children in community child center. To examine the mediating effect, structural equation model were used for data analysis. In result, Children's Perceived Parenting Attitudes had a significant impact on Right to Participate. And Right to Participate had a significant impact on Children's Competence. In addition, perfect mediating effect of Right to Participate on relationship between Children's Perceived Parenting Attitudes and Children's Competence was examined. Based on the study results, implications for theory and practice on children's competence in the community child center are discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 부모의 양육태도와 아동역량의 관계에서 가정에서의 참여권 행사가 매개요인으로 작용하는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문도구는 아동역량 척도, 지각된 부모의 양육태도 척도, 가정에서의 참여권 행사 척도 등으로 구성되었고, 지역아동센터를 이용하는 아동들 204명의 자료를 활용하였다. 자료분석으로 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 구조모형이 활용되었다. 연구결과, 부모의 양육태도는 가정에서의 참여권 행사에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 가정에서의 참여권 행사는 아동역량에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 더불어 독립변수와 종속변수 사이에서 가정에서의 참여권 행사가 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 기반하여 지역아동센터에서의 아동역량에 대한 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 논의할 수 있었다.
