In this study, We investigated not only the population densities of but also their population diversities by 16S rDNA analysis from the lactic acid bacteria in the spring water from august 2015 The results were as follows; Population densities of aerobic heterotrophic and oligotrophic bacteria by plate counting method were in the range of 1.61 ± 0.30 × 102 ~ 5.02 ± 1.45 × 102 cfu/ml and from 2.59 ± 0.34 × 102 ~ 7.26 ± 1.54 × 102 cfu/ml during sampling periods, respectively. We selected eight strains and identified by using 16S rDNA analysis. As a result, they were identified as Brevundimonas lenta. Pseudomonas nitroreducens, Pseudomonas putida, Sphingomonas aromaticivorans, Acidovorax delafieldii, Pseudomonas chlororaphis.

본 실험은 군산시민들이 이용하는 약수물 속 빈영양세균 및 일반종속영양세균의 총균수를 측정하였다. 그 리고 각 약수물에 존재하는 세균들의 동정을 위하여 분자생물학적 분석 방법을 활용하여 균주 동정을 실시하였 다. 오리알 및 임피 남산 약수물 속 빈영양성세균의 총균수는 2.59 ± 0.34 × 102 ~ 7.26 ± 1.54 × 102 cfu/ml 의 범위에서 변화하였고, 일반종속영양세균의 총균수는 1.61 ± 0.30 × 102 ~ 5.02 ± 1.45 × 102 cfu/ml의 범위 에서 변화하였다. 또한 약수물의 냉장보관시 빈영양세균의 총균수는 3.47 ± 0.92 × 102 ~ 1.28 ± 0.12 × 104 cfu/ml의 범위에서 변화하였고 일반종속영양세균의 총균수는 3.76 ± 0.60 × 102 ~ 3.30 ± 0.91 × 103 cfu/ml 의 범위에서 총균수가 변화하였다. 그리고 16S rDNA 분석 방법을 통하여 약수물부터 분리된 6 균주는 Blast network service를 이용하여 GenBank database의 염기서열과 비교한 결과, Brevundimonas lenta. Pseudomonas nitroreducens, Pseudomonas putida, Sphingomonas aromaticivorans, Acidovorax delafieldii, Pseudomonas chlororaphis로 밝혀졌다.
