In the early 20th century, Japanese scholars paid keen attention to the folk tales of Joseon. 『Chosen no monogatari』written by Takahashi Toru is a term printed on various publications of the Joseon Dynasty. It is impossible to deny that there is a justification for colonization in the background of the story. n particular, the structure of the 『Chosen no monogatari』 saw that the Joseon Dynasty was inferior to that of Japan.
