It is important to understand the early childhood education that can influence school success. It is also important to study the impact of preschool education on a child’s future academic performance. Notably, behaviour problems and learning difficulties at school entry can themselves be predicted by children’s educational experience. In korea kindergarten is popular growing up methods. So the study relationship between Early Childhood Education and longitudinal Effects are importants. The aim of this study is to show the relationship between Early Childhood Education and longitudinal Effects. The Early childhood longitudinal study includes two longitudinal data that examine child academic experienc, and adaptation behavior. This adaptation may involve physiological and behavioral changes. For this purpose, the data archive(National Youth Policy Institute) on early childhood education experience were gathered. The data were include 5 variable that were perceived academic acievement, attention, aggressiveness, social contract and depression from the data archive. According to the results early childhood education in institution(kindergarten or day care center) were positive effects to elementary school years. To conclude, institution experience were positive effects during elementary years.

유아기의 교육 경험은 이후의 교육에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대할 수 있으며, 최근 우리나라의 초기발달 단계의 양육방법은 유치원, 어린이집 등의 기관에서 양육하는 것이 보편화되고 있다. 이러한 양육의 변화는 유아의 종합적인 발달적 관점으로 분석되어야 할 필요성이 있으며 따라서 홀리스틱 관점에서의 종합적인 효과를 검증할 필요성이 있다. 이 연구는 유아기 기관교육경험(유치원, 어린이집)이 초등학교 이후 학령기 주관적 학업성취 및 적응행동에 미치는 영향력을 종합적인 관점에서 분석하는 것을 목적으로 실시하였다. 한국아동․청소년 종단연구 1, 2, 3, 4, 5개년 측정데이터에서 유아기 기관교육경험 유무를 추출하고, 주관적 학업성취, 적응행동에 대한 자료를 추출하여 분석에 사용하였다. 표집 간의 불균형(교육기관경험: 2167, 부모직접양육 40) 문제에 영향을 덜 받는 다층자료분석 방법으로 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과에 의하면 유아기 기관교육경험은 초등학교 시기의 주관적 학업성취, 주의집중, 공격성, 사회적 위축, 우울에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 함의점을 논의하였다.
