This study analyzed the structure and situation of the target area based on the variable land prices of the Dae-Gyeong region(Daegu-Gyeongbuk) area. First, the current situation was analyzed based on the land prices to prepare the land price map for the Honam area and visually express the regional difference in land prices. In the fundamental process of analysis, the land prices of each region were first calculated to complete the primary data of regional land prices and total land prices. In order to analyze the dynamic changes based on the land price data from 1980 to 2014, the structural changes based on the annual fluctuation of land prices were approached and analyzed from various perspectives. As a result, it was found that significant increases in the land prices or changes in the space structure were only found in the 1980s and there has not been any significant change in space structure or fluctuation in the land prices since then. Then, the centrality of metropolitan area was analyzed based on the land prices to find that there were significant changes and transfers only in the 1980s and 1990s. The standard deviation of distance was only concentrated entering the 90s from the 80s and concentration has hardly occurred since then.

본 논문은 지가를 이용하여 우리나라 대경권(대구.경북)의 현황과 공간구조를 분석하였다. 분석의 진행과정은 각 기초지역의 지가를 먼저 산정하고 이를 근거로 지역지가의 현황과 지가 총액 등 1차적 자료를 완성하였다. 지역분석의 내용으로는 1980~2014년까지 지가를 기준으로한 지역의 집중과 분산, 지역 간의 차등성 등을 동태적으로 분석하였고, 공간구조도를 작성하였다. 지역의 중심을 분석하고, 대상지역의 집중과 분산을 파악하기 위하여 표준편차거리를 산정하였다. 그 결과 1980년에서 2010년까지 지역중심이 서쪽으로 이동하는 것을 확인하였다. 세로축 Y축을 기준으로는 지역중심이 남하와 북상이 번갈아 이루어지고 있었다. 지역 간 집중과 분산의 정도를 나태내는 차등성을 기준으로 1990년까지는 차등성이 약화되고 분산이 일어났으나 1990년대 이후에는 다시 집중이 이루어지고 있었다.
