The Purpose of this study discusses free cash flow and R&D of the impact on Firm Value. And Firm values use a substitute for the research using Tobin-Q and MTB. We have analyzed the relationship between the two focusing on Korea stock exchange(4,946) from 2008 to 2015, and our findings are as follows: First, Free cash flow analyzed about the effect on the Firm value. And free cash flow showed firms ’ value positive implications. Second, R&D analyzed about the effect on the Firm value. And Development costs showed Firm value positive implication and Current development costs showed negative implications. Third, free cash flow and R&D analyzed about the effect on the Firm value. And Firm value showed free cash flow and development costs positive implications and current development costs negative implications. This study is in free cash flow while a study of captains of industry in investment taken into account the amount of surplus cash flow, investment style than by doing research on the useful information. Also, Development research and variable costs of investment is the role of research and development costs, current research and provided useful information classified as development costs.

본 연구에서는 기업의 잉여현금흐름과 투자성향이 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 검증함에 있어 기업가치의 대용치를 Tobin-Q와 MTB, 주식가격을 사용하여 연구하였다. 연구의 표본은 2008년부터 2015년까지 한국거래소에 상장되어 있는 4,946개의 기업을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 잉여현금흐름이 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보면, 잉여현금흐름변수가 기업가치에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 잉여현금흐름이 증가할수록 기업가치도 증가하는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 연구개발비가 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴본 결과, 개발비변수가 기업가치에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 경상개발비의 경우는 기업가치에 음의 영향을 미치고 있다. 이는 투자로 인한 회계처리에서 있어서도 자산화처리하여 비용을 이연하는 방법이 기업가치를 증가시킬 수 있는 것을 의미하고 있다셋째, 잉여현금흐름과 기업가치 간의 관계에 연구개발비가 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴본 결과, 비용화처리되는 경상개발비는 잉여현금흐름과 기업가치 간의 양(+)의 관계를 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 잉여현금흐름에 관한 연구를 하면서, 투자한 금액을 고려한 잉여현금흐름으로 기업의 경영자의 투자성향에 미치는 연구를 함으로써 보다 유용한 정보를 제공하였다. 또한 투자성향에 있어 연구개발비의 변수도 연구비와 개발비, 경상개발비로 구분하여 연구하여 유용한 정보를 제공하였다.
