This study aims at understanding credit risk of Chinese going global firms toward the countries along “One Belt and One Road” and the current situation and features on China export credit insurance as a protective measure against overseas credit risk. It figures out that Chinese firms confront political, sovereignty, and commercial credit risk in going into the countries along “One Belt and One Road”. According to analysis of countries credit risk along the line, China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation should concentrate on expansion of channel to spread its credit risk management, upgrading institutional system to improve security solvency, and developing new financing products or service.

본 연구는 “일대일로” 연선국가에 진출하는 중국기업들의 신용위험과 이의 보호적 수단인 수출신용보험에 관한 현황과 특징을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 중국기업들은 중국 육·해상의 새로운 진출 전략인 “일대일로(一帶一路)”의 실시로 기존의 상품교역에 의존하는 무역방식과 더불어 자본과 기술의 해외진출(“走出去”)이 수반되면서 “일대일로” 연선국가에 진출 시 발생되는 정치, 주권, 그리고 상업 신용위험에 직면해 있는 것으로 파악되고 있다. “일대일로” 연선국가에 대한 위험요인 평가분석을 통해, 중국의 해외진출기업들이 “일대일로” 정책을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서 중국 수출신용보험공사는 수출신용보험의 위험관리에 대한 사항을 관련 기업들에게 보급할 수 있는 채널확대와 수출신용보험의 담보능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 기구개선, 마지막으로 수출신용보험을 지원할 수 있는 융자상품의 신상품 개발에 주력해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.
