The purpose of this study was to explore the relation among PE class environment, flow of PE class and education satisfaction of perceived by high school students. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted with 400 highschool students in Seoul. A valid sample was made of 335. The valid sample was empirically analyzed using SPSS 20.0. and AMOS 20.0. As for research tools used in this study the measures of class environment, flow and education satisfaction. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis were conducted. The data analysis based on the above have derived the following results. First, the attractiveness and modernization of PE class environment affected emotional flow and behavioral flow positively. Second, the attractiveness, modernization, and safety of PE class environment affected cognitive flow positively. Third, emotional flow and behavioral flow affected class satisfaction. These results were suggested that physical environment of PE class needs to be improved.

본 연구는 고등학교의 체육수업환경이 학생들의 체육수업몰입 및 수업만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 위한 목적 에서 수행되었다. 이러한 목적달성을 위해서 학생들이 지각하는 체육수업환경과 체육수업몰입, 수업만족 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자는 서울에 거주하는 고등학생으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법에 의해 400개의 설문지를 배포하고, 그 중에서 335개의 설문지를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 과 AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 통해 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 매력성, 현대성, 안정성은 감정몰입과 행동몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 매력성과 현대성은 인지몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 감정몰입과 행동몰입은 수업만족에 정(+) 의 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과는 학생들의 수업몰입을 위해서 체육수업의 물리적 환경이 개선되어야 함을 시사한다.
