This study is on comparative analysis of errors in HanGuoYuJiaoCheng 3&4, which are very popular intermediate level Korean language text books in China, in relation to their original books Korean 3&4. The goal of this study is to clarify the seriousness of errors of Korean language texts books which are revised from the original books of Korea and published in China and to help teachers and students who are using those textbooks through listing errors by types. As a result of comparison, the differences between two versions can be classified as follows. First, errors of the original books are reflected in Chinese version without correction. Second, errors of the original books are revised correctly in Chinese version. Third, errors of the original books are revised wrongly in Chinese version. Fourth, Chinese version has errors which do not exist in original books. Fifth, Chinese versions conclude revised contents though the original books show no errors in corresponding parts. This study searched out 231 errors of first, third and fourth types and classified those errors according to 6 sub-types of word spacing, vocabulary, sentence, grammatical explanation, misprint and punctuation. Though many of the errors in Chinese version could be regarded as by-products in the editing and revising process, actually 80% of errors are found in the original textbooks as well. Moreover, 20% of errors in Chinese version are produced in editing and revising process of Chinese version so that the comparison and confirmation with original textbooks must not be left out.

본고는 중국에서 널리 사용되고 있는 중급 교재인 <韓國語敎程> 3, 4를 원저인 연세대학교 한국어학당의 <한국어> 3, 4와 비교ㆍ분석하여 해당 교재의 오류를 분석한 것이다. 이를통해 중국에서 수정ㆍ출판된 한국어 교재의 오류가 심각함을 밝히고, 오류 유형과 목록을 명시함으로써 해당 교재를 사용하는 교수자와 학습자에게 도움이 되고자 하였다. 원저와 중국 출판본을 비교한 결과, 두 교재의 차이는 다음의 다섯 가지 유형으로 나타났다. 첫째, 원저의 오류를 중국 출판본에서 그대로 반영한 경우, 둘째, 원저의 오류를 중국 출판본에서 제대로 수정한 경우, 셋째, 원저의 오류를 중국 출판본에서 잘못 수정한 경우, 넷째, 원저에는 오류가 없으나 중국 출판본에 오류가 있는 경우, 다섯째, 원저에 오류가 없으나 중국출판본에서 내용을 수정한 경우가 그것이다. 본고에서는 이 중 중국 출판본의 오류에 해당되는 첫째와 셋째, 넷째 유형을 대상으로 분석한 결과 총 231개의 오류를 검출하였고, 이를 다시 띄어쓰기, 어휘, 문장, 문법 설명, 오탈자, 문장부호 오류라는 6가지 세부 유형으로 나누어 각각의 오류를 분석하고 수정하였다. 중국 출판본에서 보이는 오류의 다수는 중국 출판본을 편집ㆍ수정하는 과정에서 발생했을것이라고 생각할 수 있지만, 실제 대조 결과 오류의 80%는 한국에서 출판된 원저에 존재하고있었다. 또한 중국에서 자체적으로 야기한 오류도 20% 정도 된다는 점에서 중국에서 수정 출판된 교재의 경우 원저와의 비교 확인이 꼭 필요하다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.
