Due to the commercial vehicle amended tax laws to May 4, 2016 the company will writing in commercial vehicle driving log book by the Government to get the car driving corporate support costs. The process of manually writing log book is evoking the time and cost consuming. System that can fill this automatically can be solved this, in which driving log book auto writing is needed to improve the accuracy of the system, user confirmation information. In this paper, we designed a system that can more clearly see your information while using Mobile Application, OBD terminal, the vehicle departure / arrival information using the user management system and vehicle information processing system that period.
