This paper discussed the possibility of the financial crisis of China through the evaluation of liabilities of Chinese and the risks. Because of high savings rate of China’s economy and the hight assets of Chinese state-owned enterprises, Chinese government has a number of different ways to solve the debt crisis. The key problem is the effectiveness of these policy. Currently China can be solved about 2 trillion yuan non-performing loans through the Asset Management Corporation. About 6-8 trillion yuan the remaining non-performing loans should restructuring and Securitisation or sell to private owned enterprises or debt will be convertible into shares. But there are many institutional constraints of the actual operation in China. If these policy measures will not be operating efficiently, as a result it will lead to the insolvency of the bank, and also it will greatly expand the market volatility. In the future, it is a big risk of the capital market in china and in the world.

본고는 중국의 부채현황과 리스크에 대한 평가를 통해 중국발 금융위기 발생 가능성에 대해 전망하고 있다. 중국경제의 높은 저축율과 국유기업의 보유자산으로 중국정부가 부 채위기 해결을 위한 정책방안은 여러 가지가 있다. 문제는 이들 방안의 정책 실효성인데, 현재 중국정부가 자산관리공사를 통해 해결할 수 있는 부실대출 규모가 약 2조위안 규모이 며 나머지 6조에서 8조 위안은 구조조정과 증권화 및 민영기업 양도와 부채의 자본전환 방식으로 해결해야 할 것이다. 후자의 경우 중국의 제도적 제약으로 실제 운영에 있어서 어려움이 존재한다. 만약 이러한 정책방안들이 효율적으로 운용되지 못할 경우 결과적으 로 은행의 부실로 이어질 것이며 이는 자본시장의 큰 위험요인으로 시장변동성을 크게 확대시킬 것이다.
