Through this study, we could identify email communication development method and characteristics of conversational strategies of Japanese and the review on language expression behaviors in hierarchical relationship can be used in business scenes in hierarchical relationship or relation of gain and loss. If you understand different characteristics of written language conversation according to sex, it will reduce misunderstanding between sexes because of the difference in conversation developmentAdditionally, it can be applied to Japanese language learning in educational way. The review on honorific expressions will help us to learn language expression behaviors more effectively, if appropriate honorific patterns and vocabularies are selected and presented.
