This study analyzes what qualities and abilities are required for Japanese language teachers in the education environment of real time type of only class from a teacher’s standpoint, by reviewing the class which has been so far practiced by authors in the Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Thus, it is found that the qualities and abilities the Japanese language teachers should have, who proceed the real time type of online class are ‘multi-spatial leadership’, ‘flexibility’ and ‘curiosity on functions of remote educational system’.
