The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership styles of after-school sports instructors in the elementary school and sports value of after-school students in the elementary school. The research has been initiated in autumn semester 2015, 320 students, who participation in after-school sports students in the elementary school. The collected data were analyzed by the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis with SPSS WIN 18.0 programs. The results were as follows; First, it was found that in the characteristics of after-school sports students made a statistically significant differences in sports value. Second, after-school sports instructors' leadership styles influence of Sports Value in elementary school students. To put the conclusion obtained from this research was that, particularly due to the viewpoint of after-school sports instructors in elementary school, the instructors need to actively recommend leadership styles are very important to sports value of after-school students in the elementary school.
